So where have you guys been? I wrote about this stuff in The Collapse of the American Management Mystique, published at Oxford UP in 1996, written two years before — in whiich I took US business school MBA education to task, and then very recently in a book with J-C Spender, Confronting Managerialism: How The Business Elite and Their Schools Threw Our Lives out of Baslanc. And I have two articles in the Real-World Economists Review (Dec. 2009 ad Dec 2011) on the subject — where have you been? Its taking a long time fime you to wake up.
